Ulysse Nardin

the responsibility for any damage lies with the watchmaker

if he screwed it up then he should fix it even if it means buying a new case or complete watch. when we send a watch for repair/service or other works we entrust it into their care and they should care for it in the same way we would or if it were there own.

he should have insurance to cover it and if he doesnt then he'll be very much out of pocket.

2 months seems like a long time to obtain a part like this so i would suggest a gentle 'hurry up' and leave the suggestion of legal action for later.
