Hey Bill,
Its actually been a while since I have been to our mutual local VC AD in Cambridge. I have been meaning to go in and see whats there, but just have not gotten around to it. I think the last time I saw you was at the IWC event with the watch making session. I can't remember but I know it was the fall of either 05 or 06. Anyway, hope to see you in '08. By the way thanks for offering to lend me the Cologni book earlier in the year. I got a gift cert so recently so I figured what the heck and bought it sight unseen. Overall a good book, but as others mentioned some of the later chapters seem a bit too commerical, like they are pushing the new products.

We don't pay tax for dreaming, do we? So here it goes: I'm dreaming that someone (Santa Claus?) gives me a Patrimony Traditionelle Skeleton Perpetual Calendar! Since it costs the same dreaming for one or for two, I also want the new Chronometer Royal 1907...

I think Vacheron is really doing some tremendously beautiful designs at all different price levels and complications. . If I were asking for a watch, I would ask for the new platinum dial perpetual chrono with the breathtaking moondisc.
