I actually prefer the standard 1921 to the NY Boutique Edition....
but would certainly be happy with either one! And the Aronde 1954 would be nice too. Okay, everything in the Historiques collection would be nice to have.....

If I am allowed vintage I would go for one of the plain simple ultra-thins with a 1003/2 movement. Contemporary - a Quai de I'lle annual calendar with transparent dial in rose gold and titanium.
