Those are both really beautiful Vacheron Constantin Chronomètre Royal's.
I would usually go for the white gold or platinum watch but in this instance there is just something about the rose gold version that really speaks to me and it's hard to believe these are modern watches as they have such a strong vintage vibe.

The dial is so gorgeous, the case is excellent, but the movement just doesn't live up to the concept. This needs a big pretty handwinder!

Rose gold has a lot of traditional appeal
But, like you, I'm drawn to the crisp fresh look of the platinum here Thanks for bringing to my attention

My favorite is the rose gold one with a red 12.
I still kick myself for letting that one go. Back then I was uncomfortable wearing gold watches, but my tastes have evolved towards elegant colored gold pieces.
