Yes it's humidity
A pattern inside the crystal indicates that it is not clean. Worst case is mold but more likely oil if the watch was just serviced. You should clean the inside of the case and crystal. Hopefully the movement is clean after service. Get some silica gel (Damp-Rid) for use when this happens. Best, Martin

However, from the look of that winding stem I would say your moisture is coming in through there too.
Thats the achilles heal of the 195 case it seems, and the shot was after service too, not sure if a gasket would fit to the caseback.
Sadly, all the 195 cases seem to have this little hick up in the design and it is the only type that goes with the 818 movement for the JLC Galaxy. I'll be extra careful with the piece and vigilant from now on. I'll try and see a watch maker here in town,...
