One of my pals in So Cal is a junior partner in a Ferrari garage so I could build a project locally, or shop it out to my brother-in-law in Utah. And there is the basis of a worthwhile project owned by a friend, an original '68 Roadrunner with a few surmountable issues.
All that's needed are time, money, and garage space to be available simultaneously.
