Hello dear KM! Skiing is the only sport I practiced but for different reasons I quit a lot of time ago. Regrettably I don´t have any pictures of my watch of choice which was my Submariner ref 1680 from...
... 1977 to share here showing it while skiing. A diving watch, tough, reliable and waterproof is the ideal choice for skiing I feel.
So I had very few opportunities to photograph my watches in snow or in very cold winter conditions as our Winters are mild though rainy.
So I´m sharing a couple of shots taken a few years ago at Flushing Meadows/Queens, NY.. The big Globe in the background (Unisphere) was installed during the International Fair held in 1964. The orange dial Doxa had arrived to my collection a few days before these shots.

Guess I can also share my GS Snowflake too. It’s awesome dial reminds a snow covered field I feel…

And an IWC in a cold and rainy Winter day:

Great Theme dear KM!! Enjoy a wonderful weekend my friend!
Best cordial regards
Abel
