I bought it last October from the original owner who indeed carried out alot of water sports with it.
It wasn't in as good in a shape as it is now but it wasn't bad either, and thanks to the capable hands of JLC Mexico, it was brought back to its full glory after a movement servicing, new plexi, new crowns and with the bonus addition of a metal bracelet. The dial and hands were left untouched as the patina is just to die for.
Here is a pic showing the condition I bought it like.

the revue cricket is very different to the Vulcain Ginger
