Thanks for the info. I am a little confused. The dial is a chapter ring associated with the Ref 7928 from the 1960's.
The intriguing part is the No Rad painted on the dial. Cam we see more pictures. Maybe a new thread in the Rolex forum. Below is the snowflake 9401/1 no date or 7021/0 - date function from the 1970's later becoming 94110 mid 1970's ...
I guess there is some confusion due to the image in question below I see your Tudor Sub 94110 as describe in your post above.
