Went in, looked around, talked to a few of the factory reps and the B&R caught my eye. It took me all of about 3 seconds to say "I'll take it". There was just something about it I simply could not resist.

It was in May 1962 while wearing an issued 1953 Omega Pilot watch that I first flew the DH Chipmunk in RAF service. That watch was regrettably handed back when I retired from the RAF in 1971. Eight years ago I bought this watch shared here and am privileg...

It is so true what you comment here: the stories behind each of our pieces adds to the satisfaction and love we have for them. They are little mechanical wonders we enjoy so much and the stories around them is what makes them unique and so pleasurable to ... 

You could easily start a museum exhibition with these pieces - truly epic 👌🏻🙌🏻👏🏻 And practically all categories covered, too 😊👍🏻

How are you liking it so far?

With the exception of the check engine light triggering 3 times in the first 3 months for some minor leak detected in a hose. Once that was past us it’s been smooth sailing. Nothing better than a convertible in Southern California. Family policy is that w... 

What’s the engine? They should start being sold in Europe at some point soon but one doesn’t not yet see them on the road, unlike the Mustang 😊

I think cuz it’s only 4 cyl Ford went out of there way not to mention it. I didn’t know the answer myself till I popped the hood… it doesn’t say it anywhere on the website (or at least it didn’t at the time of purchase).
