The WS for the 14th of April - ‘Pilot Watches’ - is live
As announced earlier the theme for this weekend will be pilot watches. One of the early genres of wristwatch, they remain popular to this day, even if lately some other categories garnered more attention. So high time to redress the balance and show some appreciation for the pilot’s wristwear this weekend, irrespective of whether it’s the classical Cartier, ever popular Breitling or Rolex or the more Germanic Flieger variety.
Looking forward to seeing your entries and will keep the thread running till evening on Sunday - verdicts and judges to be posted separately, as usually.

I was both familiar and intrigued by B&R, my AD was having a watch show one weekend and I decided to go.
Went in, looked around, talked to a few of the factory reps and the B&R caught my eye. It took me all of about 3 seconds to say "I'll take it". There was just something about it I simply could not resist.
