The Breguet 5967 'Art Deco Damier' in yellow gold, at 6.94mm, powered by an extra-thin manual-wind pocket watch caliber.
Thinner:
The Bulgari Octo Finissimo Automatic in sandblasted stainless steel, at 5.25mm, powered by an automatic caliber with a platinum micro rotor.
Thinnest:
The Piaget Altiplano Ultimate Automatic in rose gold, powered by the automatic peripheral rotor caiber 910P.

Playboy branded Seikos I have (the other one would not qualify thinness wise). And in spite of the logo it has a lot of content, hi-beat movement, SHAC case, ultra thinβ¦
I was never into playboy magazines but used to belong to The Playboy Casino on Park Lane in the late 70's.
They also had a nightclub in the building but I don't remember ever visiting it. Marc
