Also depends on your wrist ... 45mm is on the bigger side. For me, Zenith's strength is when they stick to tradition a bit more ...

I am a big guy. I think 45mm is going to fit me ok. But, is 42mm more desirable?

I think ! That makes it an enormous watch for most !

Which size should I go for? 42mm or 45mm?

Is there a reason that I should not buy the 42mm El Primero? Any other watches out there I should also consider? I have Submariner, Navitimer, Reverso, Seamaster, Speedmaster, MeisterSinger, Combat Sub, PAM111 and Seiko Orange Monster in my collection alr...

I'd go for the pilot annual calendar without any doubt. Simply love the design of the pilot line and with 48mm it has a wonderful wrist presence. Good luck with your decision Laurent
