Breguet seems to be paying more attention to the women's watch market with the 'Reine de Naples' series ...
Perhaps not an easy sell at $52,800, but it does look elegant and sophisticated from the pictures....and with the big plus of a mechanical movement! ;-) Thanks for sharing, I'm moving this to the Breguet section.
A lot of the well-to-do elegant ladies I know...
I'd say a large percentage of the well-to-do elegant ladies I have met seem to own one of these Breguet timepieces. Often in a very diamond embellished style. They are beautiful watches on the right woman. However, in all of these cases, it's the woman who makes the watch elegant - not the other way around.
+1, though for some reason I more rarely see Breguet watches, on either gender to be honest (Pateks are a relatively popular occurrence for obvious reasons, but then I'd say Cartier aside from the usual Rolexes, AP, etc... ;-)
But the elegance of these pieces, combined with the horological value of the brand, does indeed seem a very good choice for the sophisticated lady!

Pateks are indeed very popular...
I was on holiday recently. At the resort, the watches of the guests were Patek, Apple, Patek, Patek, Samsung, Rolex, Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet, Patek, Apple, Patek, Apple, Audemars Piguet, Patek... Seemed that everyone was wearing either a smart watch, a Patek Philippe, or an Audemars Piguet. These companies had the highest market penetration at the resort. Didn't see a single Breguet.
Wonderful watch in a wonderful series
The Reine de Naples is the epitome of a ladies’ watch in my humble opinion. Peculiar, unique design instead of the ubiquitous “pinking and shrinking” approach of other watches in the attempt to fit the taste of women. Plenty of history as part of a renowned brand and a great story (Caroline Murat) too.
This watch is no exception and looks lovely to me.
Well, I won’t buy it as I am a guy but maybe for my wife…?
