Here is a car I like a lot, from 1966.
The front is superb, the profile, too. Th only thing which bugs me is the rear... Which I find less inspired and inspiring than the rest of the body.

the rear is a little brutish indeed
its little cousin from Lancia was more successful on that front (even if not perfect)
Flavia coupe MK1And I have been complaining about modern cars copying each other as well as watches....
looks like they do the same back in the 60s too....all very similar designs, like the Alpha, DB5 and this.
Maybe this is not "copy" but is a trend that all designers had to follow, not to be an outlier, staying "safe".
Gorgeous but that rear...
I refuse to believe the design department had the least bit to do with it. Looks like a giant bread box to me.

The rear is similar enough to its big brother the Mexico from the same year…
That I wonder if Maserati was going for a “house look”? The fronts have some similarity as well.

I've been eyeing the Lamborghini 350GT, but your choice stirs the soul even more.
This beauty was recently auctioned off at Monterey Pebble Beach Concours auction. These 2+2 Ferraris are always undervalued.
I usually prefer the headlights of the 350 over the 400. But it's personal preference.
I had the pleasure to have a ride on this Ferrari. A wonder and an unforgettable moment.
I haven't been in one...
But I'm sure it is quite an experience! The cars even had a faint smell of leather and petrol back then!
