Beautiful but impossible to tell the time in low indoor lighting. Contrast completely goes away. Outside in the bright sunlight the diamonds really exploded with light. This is not a watch you can wear to dinner inside if you need to watch your time to catch the theater.
I own one, bought it new in 1994, at the time, black dial was in, there were some black dial without diamonds but most platinum black dial came with diamonds. I also agree with Watch-er that you can’t see the hands in low light environment, it does look good during the day though. I no longer wear it as I can’t read anything on the dial without reading glasses. My favorite new watch is an Apple Watch.
