The green dial and platinum are 45 mm ref. 5822 and I imagine they wear quite differently. I’ll be interested to see one in real life to understand how it really feels. Best, Emmanuel
True, they definitely do. I had a chance to try them and appreciated the Cubitus in the metal (as opposed to pictures)…

and even the size surprisingly worked well. However the 40mm felt a bit on the smaller side for me, even though my 5711 feels just right. I know, it doesn’t make full sense since the above 7128 and 5711 are both 40mm. Perhaps it’s an effect of the square case, or just that I preferred some distinction from the original 5711. In the above pic it looks like the larger references could work for him, and are distinct from the 5711, but he probably didn’t like the size.
over the 5711 every day. I know I am in a minority but the 7128 apart from having a superior movement also wears better on the wrist. The only thing against the 7128 is its heft since it is an all gold watch.
What?!? You declined your SA's good gesture....he/she must be thinking "How dare you!? I bestow you with a highly sought after piece with long lines waiting and you....you....decline? " haha...
The Cubitus design remains a swing and miss for me and I am not interested no matter the size. Also prefer steel over white gold for a watch I am wearing every day.
I'm not the biggest fan of the Nautilus. But I have a lot of respect for design and history. A great and iconic watch. The cubitus looks to me like the result of asking a child to draw a square watch. There is nothing on the Cubitus that I could like 🤷♂️
