Patek Philippe 5099RG Gondolo Cabriolet Two Tone 18K RG / WG Rose Dial. Something I really like about lidded watches like this. Maybe it's just the necessary interaction. Now that "From the Digest" comes up after a post I saw your in depth feature on this watch. I knew you'd be well aware of this one as soon as I saw it on ECW.
Here I love the two tone case a lot and the " hat " above the dial. A watch I consider getting, from time to time. A real outdated charm.
I owned this model for five months
but it had too much heft and was impractical when used. Lovely looking watch though.
Hmmm, that could be my PP from years ago at EWC.
Fun timepiece, but very small, very tall, and very, very top-heavy. Even with deployant (either normal or backwards), the wrist had no 'balance' is extremely head-heavy. Hopefully during service, the case service costs are included as it is an intricate thing. It is pretty, tho.
Hope the new owner is here on WPS, would love to hear their on-wrist feel impressions.

It's an AWFULLY intriguing watch, though. I live near EWC and if I can make it over there while it's still in stock I'll definitely post some on-wrist impressions here!
It's a fun piece to be sure, and I love the mixed color of metals too. The case is fun, though she has some heft.
The vintage-themed dial is easy to read. You should go see it to enjoy how the fun top pops up, and feel her on your wrist. Pls say hi to Albert for me.
