Hard to choose, for me. I would say 1921 Pt but any of them would make my day, week, month and year!
Those 4 watches in those specifications would be me done and happy forever.
Although if I had to pick just one that would actually be an easy choice to make for me it would hands down and not even close be the Vacheron Constantin Ultra-Fine 1955 in platinum with the silver dial on the blue alligator strap.

The cornes de vache - best case, best movement, interesting dial. I would love a 1921 too, but probably in the smaller size.

The two “1955s”, ultra thin and cornes de vache, are my favorites here. Then 1921, because hand wound and with caliber 4400. And finally CR, because automatic.
