Horological Meandering

I have a midlife crisis craving for yellow gold.  Old gold is my preference, a fully braceleted vintage watch.  But I am open to something modern if it appeals to me.  The obvious answer is a Rolex Day-Date, but there are many others.  

The reference works exceptionally well on a bracelet. At this point, the price is a bit too much for me, given that I have pulled back some from my collecting. But that is a great suggestion.

If you have more, please list them if you have time!

I have been eyeing them. It is difficult to find one in a condition that meets my standards lol

Maybe it's from being a little tanner than usual this summer but gold is looking really good to my eye. I don't have any suggestions (leaning modern DD or Daytona for the solid bracelet and clasp) and look forward to seeing what gets posted but just wanted to let you know you are midlife crisising alone 🤪

But I think it is priced a bit too high for me. For me, a modern gold Rolex is a much better deal. But this one is very elegant.
