Since its launch, I have been waiting to see real hands-on photos of this wonderful timepiece and here comes a hands-on review by Bilal Khan on Teddy Baldassarre's website with some gorgeous photos.
I really like this new release. The solid case back and the dial are just perfect to me. The only thing i would change on this case in general would be to not use 18mm straps

But as Chopard uses a 19/16mm strap on my 40mm Quattro Spirit 25, it’s at least consistent to go for an 18/16mm strap for a 36.5mm case. VC’s Cornes de Vache has a 38.5mm case with a 20/18mm strap and I must say that I personally prefer the ratio of my two other watches (QS25 and LF micro rotor): 40mm case with 19/16mm strap. And when trying on the steel/salmon dial 1860, I wasn’t bothered by the 18mm strap. Best.
