I proudly own one and like it. Feels special to me, sort of "old school special, they don't make like this anymore".
If I could change anything in this design I would touch only lugs and make them a bit longer and less curved, akin those on 5196. But that is not a necessity at all, original ones are good enough.

This is indeed a beauty! Especially the back. I haven't seen this one thank you. I like Roman, Arabic and Breguet numerals and indices. It's literally a case by case basis. This combo is odd yet charming.
