More pics of Polly, my fine friendly feral cat friend.....

This first set if from about a year ago. She was obviously pregnant.
Soon, she went into hunting mode.
She was stalking some small birds. Sparrows and Finches.
I didn’t see her catch any but she always has food in her bowls behind the hedge near the boardwalk. There are also a lot of rabbits and squirrels in these bushes but she's not after them.
Here's some more recent pictures from a week ago. When I found her she was sunning on top of her storage box home. When she saw me she jumped down and came right over to me.

Previously I had been petting some dogs. I assume that was what her nose was so interested in.
We had a nice visit. Every time I hang out with her I’m amazed how many other people know her and lover her. How could you not?
Only interest in me, but unlike Moochie who gets fed 2X a day at the same times (and who you can use to set your watch) Polly "probably" doesn't get fed in such a timely

fashion. Also with a sealed up bag of food nearby and so many friends she almost always has food in her dish. So I'd guess her sense of time is likely relegated to periods of light and darkness. However we are in tune on this dear Kristjan because after I left her and for the first time after a visit/photo session with her I ended up thinking that I should have taken a wrist shot with her cute little face right behind the watch!
I have two ferals that show up in my back yard-a tabby and an orange. But neither one will allow anyone near them, and only the tabby will stare at me rather than run if I walk outside toward it. It will eat food I put out but only after I go inside.
Polly is the most human friendly feral cat I've ever seen. She lives in an area where people are always walking by and she seems to have learned that they are not a threat and

even provide food and water. Also, I've never seen any cat that is so tolerable of dogs. Many of the people going by are walking their dogs on the boardwalk while she sits or lays 2 ft away. She doesn't even flinch unless they bark, growl or lunge towards her, then she quickly retreats to the safety of those protective thorny bushes. I sent pics of her to a friend who also lives in the area thinking she might not know her. Yesterday she sent me a video of her pug licking the side of Polly's face! She also told me that someone once took her home. She escaped and found her way back to the same spot where I usually find her. That person already had cats which might be why she left. I've had the same thoughts, to give her a "good home" but then I realize she already has that and a lot of people would be very sad to lose contact with her. Not to mention that I already have Moochie.
