Nice! I stayed there over a decade ago and did not notice then but was in town last month and walked thru the lobby and had to take a photo!!

Ahh, very nice! I stayed at L'Auberge Del Mar last year, it was very nice. But maybe I'll check out this hotel one day to see these clocks! [nt]

The La Valencia is a historic hotel over 100 years old I believe, it was there but probably didn't have the sweet clocks above the front desk!!
They have a great view as well!! But almost everywhere in La jolla does!

Cool that you can buy these
I know a lot of brands explicitly prohibit the sale or even giving away away these clocks to even the most vip clients. I wonder who else lets you purchase one.
As soon as I saw this image I thought "wait a minute, I've seen this". A great hotel, and you can go right across the street and add to your collection. Two stores with a LOT of brands! [nt]

I assume these must be quartz, despite the “automatic” on the face. Unless some hotel employee has a very unusual daily chore.
