It was indeed a bright Summer companion, but like many IWC's I have owned, I could not get it to fit comfortably (on bracelet) and while I admired the dial and case, it was finally too bright blue/orange and lost its novelty for me... the ti 2526 (is it?) was my favorite and I wish I never sold that one, even though it also was impossible to size right on bracelet lol.

Because it was difficult to get the comfortable fit with the bracelet. On top of that, I was worry because of the integrated rubber strap, which may be hard to buy new because it was discontinued model.
I don't know how long IWC will produce the rubber straps for their discontinued models. No matter how good the quality of the rubber, eventually it will break.
