because I just don't see me wearing it often / very flashy. the GMT meteorite is on order as well but I would probably hand it over to a good friend as the dial is not my liking
but you can't save too much with the gray market; in the best case five grand for this specific version with diamonds but several years of age, not stickers anymore so not sure whether unworn
Provided you are OK with the diamond markers (they are discreet enough and differentiate the reference a bit, so I donโt mind them), then this is a pretty terrific Rolex!๐๐
I actually started to like the diamond markers when trying it

good thing is that I can order a second more sporty dial (blue with quadrants is one I like) and keep this one - so I can change the character every now and then
Day date was my dream watch years ago. So sharp, and classy. If you donโt like it in a few months , sell or trade and move on. Iโve never regretted buying, Iโve regretted not buying plenty of times.
I used to think the DD40 Romans... because they are quite original... but having seen them in person... I feel they make the dial shrink inward... anyway... how can you possibly argue with this? Unless the weight of it all... a thing you wear when 'in that mood' or looking for 'that effect'. Not a daily... but who cares about that. Huge congrats. there are many kings of watches these days... more kings than there used to be... but this one is the original king... many congrats!
Beautiful piece and one I am looking to get soon. Do you know - if it comes with the baguette index dial originally - are we able to order the motif (laser cross-hatch) dial from our AD without surrendering the baguette dial to Rolex? Also, does it depend on which country youโre in or is this a global Rolex policy? Thank you much
you don't have to surrender the dial if it is with diamonds

so you can order any other dial that has been dedicated to the watch - even another one with diamonds. And I suppose this is global policy but your AD will know
