Reference 52508. Is it unusual to see a 'dress' Rolex these days?

Yes, I doubt they actually exist

I searched on the subject and found several of the pages gave back a 404 Error.
Chrono24 has dozens of them listed and almost all say NEW and UNWORN and are around $25k or list price.

They have made a number of halfhearted attempts to enter the dress watch market with very little success. At that price point you can do a lot better in VC and Patek (well maybe 4-5k more).

If they weren’t so chunky I’d be interested. Kind’a large too.

But a presidential is also a dress watch. Yes it’s not on a leather strap. But all precious metal watch is dressy in my opinion.
