I recently saw this brand....
at a local grocery store, and from what I recall it's a local company (Pasadena??) that imports the seafood from Europe. How would you rate the quality? Cheers, Filip
First two cans were great
Smoked rainbow trout and sardines with lemon both very tasty but also $11 a can.

I asked for squid once at a seaside table like this; I didn't know they'd bring me the whole thing; I was expecting "calamari rings" not something able to run off the table!

But “collect” is the wrong word; I would say “stock my shelves” for consumption… in the event that global food chains collapse and our potential starvation would be an unhappy result!

Once in awhile I mash them all up, add some mustard, and spread on toast or crackers. A trick I learned from a gal in a nearby French food store…

I should've eaten more sardines when I was in Portugal. Instead, I filled my stomach with other delicious things, like egg custard tarts.
