Another approach

Would be to look at what percentage of limited edition Patek are listed for sale on c24..... 5565 8 listed out of 300 or 2.7% 5275P 2 listed out of 175 or 1.1% 5975J 27 listed out of 400 or 6.8% 5975G 15 listed out of 400 or 3.8% 5975R 21 listed out of 40

Agree in general that the limited edition game should be left to other brands

I don't consider the charity watches made by PP to be in the spirit of a limited edition series; sure categorically perhaps, but the spirit is different. They are a single watch made each time and as far as I'm aware all the proceeds go to charity. Of cou

Tough question

This is the question I ask myself from time to time but I always find something not perfect as a daily wearer (it's a major criteria for me). Not considering value will make things easier The 5270G third generation silver dial was among them, so is the 52

I guess that Patek Philippe will always be a brand which

arouses much interest, regarding its legacy or its image etc... This brings unavoidably speculation too. When considering such events as the 175th anniversary, the brand can't do much to protect itself and other collectors who could not purchase such watc

5575

Many times Patek bids on these watches at the auction. I am not sure they will with the 5575. They are producing 1300 of these, which is a large number. I have seen the 5575 at an AD, while being held for another client. It is a very interesting watch. Ho

heads or tails,...

... both are great, you cannot go wrong with either. Now i have a slight preference for the 5575G, as the white gold on the 5975G in combo with that dial, makes it a bit cold ( dry ). Works best with J and R,... and of course P. The 5575G is simply stunni
