This consolidation is endemic in the publishing industry as well

I was involved in half-dozen deals of this sort, at a lower level. Sometimes this is bad for all, but I think most of the time consolidation does force some of the more "relaxed" employees in each organization to show their worth or be shown the door. The

Brands like Pequignet and Leroy are perpetually on the edge of bankruptcy and will likely fail.

I am interested if Laurent Ferrier and DeBethune will survive. Ochs und Junior and Lang & Heyne seemed to be attempting to remake themselves after big changes and I imagine 2020 has put a big question to their survival. Hopefully Habring2 is doing well! I
