FRUSTRATING!
... like if everything was too perfect, each detail where it must to be. Too rational... Then we start looking for the little "je ne sais quoi" that makes a watch a success. Personally i didn't find it. Too germanic maybe... I'd say "jst" a nice watch 
.. You called it "a business watch". Nice way of putting it.
Anyway, the real problem, its that it's too too too small. When we say german, we imagine big tall strong guys... so that means big wrists! Can someone explain why are we still stuck in this 38.5mm case?
Something not right here... frustrating. Especially after the new seeing the evo of the chrono 1815, i've lost hope that something will change at Lange.
