Looking back at Lange's ideas when creating this masterpiece, the more "ugly" it gets, actually the more it becomes closer to what it is meant to be, a superlative timepiece devoted entirely to the precise measurement of time.
I love it.
Now if only my banker and lawyer was much kinder to my soul!
