Hard to go too wrong with Lange...
They don't really make a bad watch. Some earlier entry model pieces were known to have poor finishing. For instance the early 1815s had bad finishing. Other than that, everything else they've made has been a winner. I'm not personally crazy about the Cabaret Tourbillon as the Tourbillon is too small - I like big balance wheels.

I have the same thoughts when I plan the diversity in my collection. So far, I have more experience with Patek and Rolex, but definitely will keep an eye on Lange 😉

The Dato is really tempting, and I know that I would wear it a lot. But I would have to do some adjustments in my collection to make room for it, and that's really the challenge 😬
