I'll go for the pink gold
The more I think about it, the more the pink gold Saxonia thin 37 leaps to mind as THE perfect one for me. So that's what I'll be getting.
As for when - I finally discussed it with my wife. We share in decisions about big purchases (to me this is big). She wants to wait a few weeks so that we can do some household improvements. So it will be a little longer than I'd thought. My motto here is, "Happy wife, happy life."
I let the Boutique know too. They'll be having the 2018 SIHH collection for viewing from tomorrow (2/27) through 3/25 (with the Triple Split departing after 3/5). I'll try to bring my wife and visit with her.

the Saxonia 37mm is a perfect fit for you and as you know I personally prefer the rose gold but the white gold works just as well on you!
As much as “I” like busy dials,
It seems the subdial rules out the third. At that point, either of the first two are fair game. The white gold would certainly be more subdued. Tough choice!
