Nico, What a lovely perpetual. This is one of those watches that reminds you just how gracefully Lange can do complexity. The platinum case has that quiet authority, and the overall balance of the dial is still beautiful despite the leap year display bein...

A preowned dealer told me years ago that the reason you so rarely see Langematik Perpetuals sold as full sets is because nobody wants to deal with the shipping.

I just recently decided to try this. I think it's the "goldest" possible Lange combination. I thought it'd look awful -- too over-the-top -- but I actually kinda like it. The guiloche dial and the wavy bracelet links are harmonious to me. But pure krypton...
