I would keep wearing the watch
You have a mechanical item that is supposed to work properly for years in all sorts of conditions. Give it a chance to prove itself to you.
Let it run down. Sit in the drawer one day not running. Wind it up and each night put it down a different way - dial up, dial down, sideways.
Don't pay attention to timing it every day - check the time after a week. Then two weeks. Then three weeks.
Wear it to a soccer match. Wear it on a rainy day.
Then report back after another 30 days and we will have some more reliable data.
That's my thought.
If you send back a 2-week old watch that is running within spec - what does it prove?
