Thanks for your note! I'm no enemy of slower beat movements -- in fact I prefer the 2.5 Hz of the Dato to the 3 Hz of the DS, for the simple reason that I prefer a stopwatch that measures either fifths or tenths of a second. I'd own a Duometre today if it weren't calibrated in sixths of a second. But that's just my hang-up...

Believe me -- to find a watch about which I love 25 distinct features and have reservations about only a few is a triumph! I have a tough time getting the DS off my wrist these days, and for many very good reasons.
