... and you know what ? I just made the opposite: because I am not in a position to keep all and acquire new beautiful watches at the same time, 2012 was the year for me to let some beauties go from my other favourite brand, in order to finance my latest acquisition :
I don't need to present this nice 1815 chronograph as several reviews have been done already but I am quite happy to have a nice Lange again.
Long ago I had owned a Datograph and realized that in spite of its beauty I could not keep it as it was not fitting properly on my tiny chicken's wrist (too thick and too heavy - it was the Pt version). With regret I had to let it go and I do not know why I waited so long before getting this 1815 chronograph which shares the same beauty as for the caliber but fits so much better on my wrist as the size is more appropriate.
So 2012 is for me year of re-discovering the pleasure of wearing a L&S!

Congratualtions on the great acquisition.
My experience was the same as yours. I owned a Pt Dato, but found it uncomfortable, let it go, and picked up the same watch that you have. I've never looked back.

I go by horological year, which coincides with my financial and fiscal year...April to March of every year...so will report mine in March :)- Best, Horo
