As hopefully...........very soon and courtesy of a very well respected member of this forum. Will be purchasing my very first Lange & Sohne which just happens to be a member of the 1815 range. Lovely photos.............I can feel myself getting excite... 

Fr.Xavier, thanks for this review of the old 1815 - I think this kind of entry level ALS is truly missed these days ;-) Just one little correction: the old 1815 was already discontinued in 2006 to keep space for the re-introduction of the new Saxonia - so...

I didn't know there was an old 1815 white gold with a blue dial. I really love the new 1815 Honey Gold Moonphase.
