I have to say I prefer the old watch all the way - definitely as far as the movement is concerned but I also like the thicker and rounded bezel as something I associate with Lange and rather like. I also really like blued second hands. The new one is more "mainstream" in several regards and, while certainly sleeker, less attractive to me.

They increased the power reserve and kept the micro rotor, which is even smaller than this 3 Quarter rotor. To conciliate beauty and performance is not impossible: if PP did it, Lange can do it. Best, Nicolas.

You have several ways to increase the power reserve: basically, if you don't change the barrel and of course, the frequency, you have to influence the behaviour of the balance wheel. If you use new materials to lighten the balance wheel, to reduce its ine...
