You obviously have some strong feelings for the 1815 family. The one I saw missing and you will probably have no challenges acquiring would be the 1815 Up/Down, which is an ageless, classic beauty IMHO!

I will keep that in mind.

But if you don’t already own a honey gold reference, I highly recommend considering one. The slightly pale gold metal is so uniquely Lange. And btw, huge congrats on a stellar collection! Here are my three. The Langematik Anniversary is definitely my favo...  

I do love that HG Moonphase but train left. The Anniversary is very challenging to find a good condition sample and the ask is also very high. You’re thinking of the 1815 boutique chrono? May I know why?

To answer your question: I’ve been lightening up on chronographs and gravitating towards simpler dials and thinner cases.

I have bad news for you though - you might have to go for that datograph perpetual tourbillon, especially if you can find the white gold ... Or the 1815 rattrapante perpetual. You can "complete" the Lange 1 look with the perpetual, but somehow it seems to...

I will try to get one that I can wear comfortably. I can’t handle too thick or heavy watches.

All kind of metal, all lines covered, bravo. No tourbillon yet, no PLM and the sax-0-mat movement is missing. So a Langematik PC (RG or WG blue dial or black dial), a Lange 1 PC tourbillon would be a nice choice, Datograph PC tourbillon, or for the long h... 

You’re spot on for the recommendations but unfortunately those new Langematik PC are extremely limited and all sold out, maybe not to me lol…because reserved for new clients. I’ll have to hunt and I agree it is fun finding the right one, especially my RL ... 

Probably not the most popular opinion/recommandation, my dear Raymond, but I wouldn't add any Lange & Söhne timepiece. In stead I'd focus on other offerings from less arrogant brands. And maybe find a 11 piece box ;-) Regards, George

As for the Luna, you know those 20pcs were all sold out my friend, don’t tease me….you go take the plunge first 😂😜 I like the Datograph Perpetual Tourbillon but it’s quite heavy too…and thick at 15.3mm

You’re right this monsters are quite thick, and heavy, but when on the wrist, the satisfaction is unbelievable. As for the allocation, I went to the Boutique about five times, showed my two pieces and since then I’m in, now only if money would be an optio...  

Now they see you as new darling with potential 👍🏻💪🏻 For me, I think my chances are going to be different. I had asked for some of those pieces you show there and all told sold out. It’s ok, if they feel like saving the “goodies” for new clients, so be it.... 

I’m getting very close to the end of the road as far as collecting is concerned(okay, maybe not with Rolex). To many watches not enough hands...🥂

I’m super tempted on a DPT to complete the range. The reason I chose the 1815 Chrono is the wearability and movement is same as Datograph. Looks like I need some more donations 😂

You're certainly famous and influential here! A friend (who may be reading this now) ordered a platinum 1815 RPC many months ago and is hoping to get it soon. Hopefully he'll post his thoughts on it here when that happens. I wonder if both the Anniversary...

I chose the newer 1815 chrono for the same movement, longer and preferred power reserve plus easier to my wrist when wearing. I hear you though, appreciate the input.

I was thinking about a Lange 1. I mean, just a simple Lange 1 with no complications. Maybe even an early example if pre owned is your thing..

The earlier Lange 1 are now getting a lot of attentions, maybe only 101.022 is still reachable but Darth, Stealth’s train left.

How about the Richard Lange Minute Repeater?

Amazing collection. Only one chrono though and I think a Pt Dato (I prefer the first generation version) would nicely complement what you have now. On the other hand, I agree that no collection of this level is complete without a model with a Langematik m... 

I was debating where to put the empty slot because the Saxonia Thin used to be there but I moved it down since the row represents each family. Maybe you’re right my mind subconsciously thinking a L1 PC and I agree with all your points. Thanks for your kin... 

Lange 1 QP would fill out the middle Lange 1 row nicely and add the perpetual calendar complication. Or tourbillon L1 QP! OG dato platinum or of course the Dato perpetual tourbillon. Even the OG zeitwerk in white gold would be nice.
