G'day,
i´d like to pick up two points:
Whether or not it can be a daily wearer most probably is a personal choice; i´m aware there´s quite a number of folks to wear even larger pieces (such as the GP Sea Hawk Pro or the Panerai PAM127, just to name two) or heavier pieces (AP ROO models in Platinum aren´t exactly light watches at all).
Therefore that´s probably a question left to each wrist and the individual comfort zone.
As per accuracy expectations, my understanding is the Lange 31 presented earlier to be the first pre-series piece or prototype.
I´m not sure about performance results, while i´m sure this to be a major, if not the main, concern for Lange. Otherwise i can´t imagine them to put as many efforts in creating the constant force device!
A rough guess or personal expectation would be equal performance towards the more "conventional" pieces and frankly, to my understanding Lange tried to create a serious timekeeper. I´d be very surprised if the final production pieces will not deliver in this regard.
Ok, winding the beastie in fact is a bit different, with the key including a tricky mechanism to limit winding torque.
Winding is described as a duty easily solved; personally i´d imagine this procedure to be a lot of fun and the owners of a Lange 31 to regret it doesn´t need to be found more frequently
