Well Enjoyed
Thank you for sharing this very well thought letter. Your insight into precise timing and taste in watches is very refreshing!
The RL to me epitomizes what it means to be a watch enthusiast, It perfectly captures the understated elegence while maintaining a highly complicated movement.. almost as if a secret shared only amongst those who care most about the brand.
Will be interesting to see the new WG RL in photos and hear impressions from others.
Maybe consider a Richard Lange family photo one day? It would be very nice to see your King next to the RL and the RL Tourbillon PLM
Best,
Colton

I very much look forward to the family photo when you do have a chance to take it. I have not yet made the RL acquisition, work has kept me from pursuing it... hopefully later this year. I am waiting for the opportunity to handle the platinum version as I...
Sure thing Colton

I urge you to definitely look into the Pt RL, it is worth your while! Either way you end up, with the RG, the Pt, or maybe even this special LE in WG, you are NOT wrong! Thank you for enjoying my Twirling Meister so much! Tschuss Stephen

So are you saying that because the CS isnt that accurate, it helps you to make the decision NOT to want the Bleu? Because arent they the same movement? As for my 1815, it used to beat around +1 sec/day when i was in Tokyo but these days in Singapore or In...
You are correct...

The erratic accuracy of your Journe makes me slightly concerned about the Chronometre Bleu. It's not a deal-breaker, but it definitely makes it less desirable. The thing with the Bleu is that I find it quite attractive on my wrist, and these aesthetics do...
Sorry - but it is!

With a second or two per day - and more likely per week - the CS is keeping its own and can easily be adjjusted by position. The Bleu is struggling to keep up with more than half of that, but is relatively new and thus not fully run in - give it another m...
Glad you found it so!

My RL actually beats better than my RL T PLM or my RL PLM at the start, so you should consider getting the upcoming LE, seeing you are not me meaning you would NOT mind it in WG ;) Yes i was fully aware the CS had no hacking seconds, but that was from the...
Bravo, Stephen!

Although I can agree upon many of your points, the bombastic style of presentation reminds me of another personality here ... or have you been coached by Bernard? To see, feel, and experience watches concerns all of us - but to go out and promulgate the T...

This was entirely me, it was the 1st time i wrote such a long comparative, and i have yet to even meet the famous Dr in reality! It will probably be my last too, like i said in the prose that i dont have the time, nor i fear the ability to write one such ...

Mein Freund, Many thanks for the positive comments, heartwarming indeed to find my works being appreciated, for it was NOT easy! Many good points pointed out by you, true indeed. May our RL's continue to serve us with the perfection that they are known fo...
