...there are only so many dial variations one can do. I prefer the classic look of a simple RO, preferably an older model like the PC without the weeks indicator. I am a fan of the Jules Audemars and John Shaeffer lines...

I make it a point to visit with the staff at AP House in London whenever I visit - but only to enjoy the conversation and hospitality. I’ve got to the end of both recent visits without looking at anything they have - just to keep the communication lines o... 

...but did have a bad experience at the NY boutique a few years ago.

To me AP has been trying to diversify/diversifying with the Code.

The ceramic version is nice, but limited in number. And the yellow gold version looks like the original 15305 version.

contrast between the color of the dial and the bracelet ! On the wrist, the heft was also very good and it must have come from the materials for the dial. Naturally the ceramic one was great ! The yellow gold was a "heavy" hitter heft wise

But DAMN, that dial is fantastic. It would be perfect if it were 2 mm smaller though... not that I could afford it anyway so it's fine hahaha The travis scott one is... meh, I don't love the association and the branding I don't like the yellow gold skelet... 

seen in the metal for one to fully appreciate the intricacy ! Previously I viewed photos from online articles but was not moved. Seeing it in the metal was a different story and my initial feeling was "WOW" !

I gotta admit, I'm not sure about the new DB models with gold-salmon colored movements. I would want to see them in person. The yellow gold model with black bridge, this is a winner. And the John Mayer dial is real good.
