I remember this watch
I think it sold a few years ago in MCL auction. What is interesting of these watches is that they were highly finished (even among the vzss/vzas ones with the 19/20 jewel versions) and had shock abosrbers. It seems that these were exclusively sold in the U.S market and had a "waterproof" screw-back case. I also owned one but it was a sub seconds version.

also the MCL watch did not have matchign case and movement no.s thus we know its a replacement case. here are some photos of it from the auction ...
