And I'd never consider the Lamborghini if it wasn't reliable. Fortunately, the Lamborghini is very reliable (probably because it's 20% an Audi). Nevertheless... The problem here isn't Porsche overcharging. It's consumers overpaying!

I'm partially joking with that disguise statement, the Audi can also be said is a detuned Lamborghini. Either way, the Huracan is an amazing and fun to drive machine. Very easy to drive too. Terrible to see out of the car though. And tiny unusable trunk. ... 

But these are all going to the VIPs and the ones that the dealership keep will be selling for $600k, it won’t be a $150k mark up it will be more. Standard 992 tourings had a $100k mark up.

Will the USA market even get that carbon fiber roll cage? $600K is what Singer charges for their cars... So some people will be able to justify paying that much for a modern car... But honestly, $300K is what it's worth. Carbon fiber panels don't command ...

I realized I'm not a Porsche 911 driver... I used to track 911s and I was just terrible. I could never hit the gas early just before the apex. As this is very counter-intuitive (why am I going to hit the accelerator while still turning deeper into the tur... 

I know you're a Porsche lover. And I used to be one. But once you understand the mechanical difference between a MacPherson Strut and a Double Wishbone... You'll never want a MacPherson Strut again. It's like owning a chronograph with a cam system instead... 

I'm only thinking of adding the 993TT as it was the last air cooled. I just think it will hold value and give me a different driving experience being a bit more narrow and nimble. Bringing the go cart feel back to driving, but I fear that I will feel like... 

Have you considered a Corvette Z06? I haven't driven one, but I'm told it's very good. A little heavy, but very practical, comfortable, and has double wishbone AND a TRUE DRY SUMP! Even my Tesla Model 3 has a true double wishbone and it has a dry sump too... 

At that price, I'd rather have a Lamborghini Huracan Technica RWD. Which will likely be even less than that price if I'm not too heavy handed on the options.

Too bad, as it is a nice machine. The GT3 Touring and this model are the nicest looking Porsche cars I've seen in a while! This price tag is not so nice looking.

I'd rather have the recent sport classic, however, I am not famous enough for an allocation 🤷‍♂️

even the GT4 weighs only 30 kg less than this s/t (GT4 at 1.415 empty... is also heavy for the concept) my last 993 Turbo with the big engine (450 hp) and fully leathered had 1.250 kg and was thus a fat cat compared to the 993 RS model or GT2...

but the 4C is super close to my first 911 which was a 964 coupe in 1991

That is pretty good .. and an even more responsive bonkers engine ... Shame it will be mostly bought by flippers and 'collectioneurs' as investment .... . It is be a piece of art, but nobody wants to trash a piece of art ;-) .. except for a few die hards ... 

Using it properly, not to the extreme but not being afraid to scratch it or driving it through some mud or whatever.

not for driving, you are right. but more pretty than a piano or a fireplace or a long dinner table. and its got stereo, two seats and if needed an engine for warmth

I'd give 3 million for a car that's even slower ;-) ... . The zerotoosixtytwo hype has always been there and overhyped by Tesla .. fun for the first 3 times .. but then you realize there's more fun to be had in a 10 second zero to 62 car ;-) ...
