Purists muscle at work here!
Thank you guys for loaning me the "muscle" to help me push my car to the side of the road. Pushing the car on a slight incline was a chore for all of us!
I was really concerned that my transmission had problems, which would have costed a lot of money to fix. Thankfully, it was just one of the pipes that connects to the F1 hydraulic that bursted for no apparent reason. The leaking fluid is indeed the transmission fluid, which is shared by the F1 hydraulic system and the gearbox. My mechanic and I suspect that the original steel braided pipe was pinched from the factory and consequently, decided to burst after 4 years of ownership (and right after my warranty expires).
Great roads and great friends! I had a terrific time and can't wait to do it again (minus the breakdown)!

Hi Pat, The F car was in great shape and was recently serviced (see unotaz's details about his 599). Luckily it was only a burst line and not the entire F1 transmission pump. What type of sports cars are popular in your area? Regards, ED-209
Ferrari is the most obvious but there are the Porsche, lambo, audis
And maseratis. Hardly see Aston Martin or other makes for high end cars Cheers PAt

It's just a car, so just drive it and enjoy it. I'm kind of "anal" about it, so I had the while front hood and fenders and bumper all wrapped up. Not getting a dark colored car also helps. Enjoy!

approx. 13 gallons or so for every approx. 62 miles. approx. less than 5 miles per gallon. Impressive. Is that instantaneous reading achieved while cruising on flat roads or while accelerating on a flat road?
How's the break on the CL?
I've heard a few complaints about not enough breaking power for the horse power.
