Yes. I don’t see it as a racing strap. I have half a dozen combos for each of my Blancpains. When I wear this Bathyscaphe inland, thousands of kilometres away from the nearest sea, doing a lot of driving and hiking, it stops being a diver; then I feel this strap makes it lighter, less sweaty, more toned-down. It is easy to wear with the déployante. It might be my preferred choice for a road trip across the US High Plains and the Rocky Mountains, in June.
What are your thoughts on this strap for the Bathyscaphe?
It’s the OEM sailcloth that used to be mounted with the Aqualung LE of the 45mm FF. I use the double folding clasp of the FF 45mm, to spare the strap. It’s kind of different, isn’t it? Curious to hear your thoughts. ...
It's true, my last Aqualung strap didn't last that long but it was worth it. Love the way the huge holes in the strap keep things cool and dries so fast after coming out of the water
The answer is the rubber strap from the 500 Fathoms which has a lot of ports for water and cooling but in rubber which seems to do better than the sailcloth. Sadly the rubber strap for the 45mm and Bathyscaphe didn't get the same treatment. I don't love t...

For a long time and when I was younger I used to wear my Seiko SKX on a black rubber rally strap with a similar design and it's one of my favorite straps ever.
