and I will try to make Blancpain aware on the conflicting messages they sent out to you. Clearly, they were trying to help, but such a cacophony should be avoided by better streamlining of communication processes.

My experience with Blancpain is that their straps are great quality.... As far as service is concerned, thus far, I consider them excellent. Did you buy the strap from a boutique or an AD? Cheers
