eventually things are in proper order

 

Thank you for your shown concern in this case.

To be specific:

There was no point about the watch itself, which runs fine since a long time, as my others do.

I complained about the AD (vonKöck at Graben in Vienna), who refused even to think about replace the obvious flawed strap.

And the now best sorted out, confusion with five different answers from Swatch Group at first hand.

All in all, it had been two Swatch Group staff members (one in Munic and one in Vienna), who took action, to keep me on board as  a customer.

Hopefully more similar incidents, will end that happy way....
